Right of revocation

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period for consumers is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. Commercial customers are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG, Ernst-Hatz-Str. 16, 94099 Ruhstorf a. d. Rott, Deutschland, Tel.: 08531 319-4001, E-Mail: parts@hatz.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods from an invoice amount of amount of 40€. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the invoice amount is less than €40. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

1) Please avoid damage, previous installation and contamination of the goods. Send the goods back to us complete, including accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging with all packaging components.If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please send the goods back to us only with the returns confirmation sent by e-mail and (from an invoice amount of € 40) the returns label after we have received the withdrawal form below. Returns for which you bear the costs of the return shipment should be sent carriage paid to the following address: Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG, ET-Retouren, Ernst-Hatz-Str. 16, 94099 Ruhstorf a. d. Rott - Germany

3) Additional costs incurred by using a different shipping service provider will not be covered.
