Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to the person's commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.The revocation period for consumers is fourteen days starting on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods. Commerical customers are excluded from the right of revocation.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG, Ernst-Hatz-Str. 16, 94099 Ruhstorf a. d. Rott, Germany, phone: +49 8531 319-4001, email: parts@hatz-diesel.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration (e.g. in a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.In order to remain in compliance with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choice of shipping method other than the cheapest standard method offered by us). This shall occur immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we shall use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and, under all circumstances, no later than fourteen days starting on the date on which you notified us of your revocation of this contract. This period shall be considered to have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment of the goods.You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value can be attributed to a handling of the goods that was not necessary for the inspection of their condition, properties, and functionality.
General information
1) Please avoid damage to, preliminary installation and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their entirety and in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please only return the goods to us together with the return confirmation send to you by email and (for invoiced amounts of EUR 40 and greater) with the return label after we have received the filled-out revocation form shown below. Please send return shipments, for which you bear the shipping costs, to the following address carriage paid:

3) Additional costs due to the use of a different carrier shall not be accepted.
