Hatz is always working hard to make life even easier for our customers. The prime example of this is our Parts Store, with its extremely intuitive user experience and many different options for finding the right original spare parts. Up until now, the Hatz Parts Store has been available in German for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and in English for other European countries. In the future, it will be even easier for our customers from the Netherlands to find and purchase the spare parts they need from our shop in their native language.

Our Parts Store for the Netherlands is our pilot project in our efforts to continuously internationalize our online shop for original Hatz parts. In our choice of location, we took into account the short distance between our central warehouse at Hatz headquarters in Ruhstorf and the Dutch branch in Culemborg, right near the border. In addition, online shopping is particularly strong in the Dutch market.

Customers from the Netherlands can therefore look forward to a shopping experience in their own language, coming soon! The Hatz branch office in the Netherlands will also provide assistance in case of questions and support tickets. This makes it even easier and more convenient for our customers to utilize our support and service offerings. The Dutch Parts Store offers the same benefits as the German-language and European shops. The same parts are available since the components are shipped from the central warehouse in Ruhstorf regardless of which shop was used to purchase them. Logistics is handled through standard UPS shipping, meaning the parts will be delivered around three to four days after the order is received.

In the future, the online shops for each country will also benefit from all the extras offered in the German-language shop. We are working to bring express shipping to the Netherlands, in addition to making extra information such as the blog available in Dutch. Independently of the individual shops, the Hatz Parts Store team is always working to expand the currently available selection of around 1,200 parts.
